House Rules

  1. Standard check-in time is 3:00PM and check-out time is at 12NN ( 21 hours stay).
  2. A security deposit of 3,000Php is required upon check in. Fully refundable if there are no damages and lost
    items in the villa. Charges per item are listed in the items value.
  3. The balance full payment of 50% must be paid on or before check-in via Gcash or Bank Transfer. Cash
    payment is not allowed. Published rates and discounted rates are exclusive of tax.
  4. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may have corresponding charges. Grace period
    for check-out is only 15 minutes. A charge of 2,000Php beyond the grace period.
  5. Smoking or use of vape is strictly not allowed inside the villa.
  6. Immediately close the windows and sliding doors after use specially beyond 5PM to prevent insects and
    bugs from entering the bed rooms.
  7. Use of videoke is until 10PM per barangay ordinance. However, we can allow extended usage observing
    minimum volume. Unless there are complaints of guests from other villas that they are disturbed. Then it
    must be turned off.
  8. We allow only 3 pets in the resort. Guests must sign an agreement form.
  9. Running around the pool area and diving is strictly not allowed. Children must be accompanied by adults in
    the pool area at all times. The resort has no life guard on duty.
  10. Bringing of additional appliances must be declared upon check-in. Charges may apply.
  11. Only official registered guests are allowed in the resort premises. Standard capacity is 20 pax. Maximum of
    23 pax. Beyond 20 pax additional charge 500/person and sleep on extra mattress.
  12. Walk-in guests and visitors exceeding the maximum capacity of the villa are not allowed entry in the resort
    premises at any time. Complete name and age of official guests must strictly be registered in the log book
    for security and records purposes. Valid ID of the principal guest must be presented also.
  13. Appliances and other electronic devices (videoke, electric fan etc.) must not be brought outside villa.
  14. Posting of letterings and decorations at the walls and in any part inside the villa using double-sided tapes
    and thumbtacks etc. are strictly prohibited. Charges will apply to damages to paint and wall claddings. There
    is a space at the pergola to post and hang letterings and decorations for events and celebrations.
  15. Please assign one person from your group who will be accompanied by our staff to witness that appliances,
    linens, amenities and other utensils are complete after check-in and before check-out.
  16. No show means cancellation of stay and no refund of payment. Cancellation of booking is only allowed at
    least 10 days before the check-in date and will incur P5,000 penalty. In case of force majeure, only
    rebooking is allowed on available dates and must not fall on a weekend and holiday.
  17. The resort will not be liable for any injury, accidents or loss of life of any guests during their whole course of
    stay. First aid kits are available in each villa.
  18. Illegal activities and use illegal substance are strictly prohibited in the resort premises.. Guests who show
    unbecoming behavior/actions that will cause disturbance, danger or threat will be expelled from the resort
    premises with the help of authorities. The management reserves the right to terminate booking with the help
    of authorities and will not issue a refund.
  19. Free parking is available to resort guests only on a first come, first park basis.
  20. Please treat the villa with utmost care as your home. Always keep the villa and its surroundings clean and in
    order. Should you have requests please take note our caretakers/housekeeping are only available until
    9PM.

CANCELATION AND NO SHOW

  • Reservations that are not checked in on the booked date without prior notice will be considered a no-show and are non-refundable.
  • Cancellations made:30 days or more before the check-in date: Eligible for a 50% refund of the total amount paid.
  • 15–29 days before the check-in date: Eligible for a 25% refund of the total amount paid.
  • 14 days or less before the check-in date: Non-refundable.
    Rebooking Policy
  • Rebooking is allowed up to 7 days before the check-in date, subject to the following conditions:A ₱2,000 rebooking fee will apply
  • New dates must be on non-holiday weekdays, subject to availability.
  • Rebooking date can be used on all months of the same year,
  • In the event of natural disasters, government-mandated restrictions, or other force majeure events, rebooking may be allowed without a rebooking fee.
    Rebooking must still adhere to the availability of non-holiday weekdays and occur within 3 months of the original booking date.

EARLY CHECK-IN POLICY

At City on a Hill Private Villas, we strive to provide a seamless and enjoyable experience for all our guests. To maintain smooth operations and ensure availability, we have implemented the following early check-in policy:
  • Standard Check-In and Check-Out Times:
    Check-In: 3:00 PM
    Check-Out: 12:00 NN
  • Early Check-In Requests:
    Early check-in is allowed only for special cases and is strictly subject to availability.
    Guests must request early check-in in advance to ensure proper coordination with our booking specialist.
    This policy is designed to prevent any miscommunication between the resort and our guests.
  • Early Check-In Rate:
    A fee of PHP 1,000 per hour will apply for early check-ins.
Availability and Confirmation:
Early check-in requests will be confirmed based on the readiness of the villa, the availability of staff, and whether other guests are scheduled to check out at 12:00 NN on the same day.

If you wish to request an early check-in, kindly reach out to us prior to your scheduled arrival date so we can confirm if early check-in is available. Our booking specialists will be happy to assist you!

AMENITIES AND INCLUSION

  1. Each Villa can accommodate of standard 20pax.
    A maximum of 23 pax to sleep on extra floor mattresses.
  2. Zachary and Zuriel Villas have 3 bedrooms.
  • Family Room Ground floor: 1 Queen size bed and 1 full double bed bunk in the ground floor ensuite
    toilet and bath.
  • Loft: 2 full double beds and 2 full double floor mattress in the loft,
  • Upper Room: 2 full double beds with two seater coffee table at veranda overlooking view.
    For additional pax: To be set-up by guests upon sleeping.
    *1 full double floor mattresses in the living area.
    *3 single floor mattresses viewing loft.
  1. Fully airconditioned high ceiling living room and bed rooms.
  2. Elegant Ten seater acacia dining table and chairs.
  3. Elegant Five seater curved-sofa with two single accent chairs.
  4. Bar table with 3 bar chairs.
  5. Fully equipped kitchen(stove burner, electric kettle, pans etc) and eating utensils good for 20 pax.
  6. Water dispenser and one gallon of mineral water is provided for free. Request for additional mineral water is
    at 50Php/gal.
  7. Infinity plunge pool 28sqm with jacuzzi. For now our pool heater is not yet available.
  8. Outdoor kitchen sink and griller. Outdoor showers.
  9. Fire pit 21 sqm. for bonfire nights free 1 set up of firewood. Additonal fee of additional firewoods. Free use of
    forks for smores and hotdogs.
  10. Outdoor Pergola 24 sqm. for activity beside the pool. With two long tables and 20 pieces Monoblock chairs.
  11. Two bathrooms and toilet with complimentary shower gel and shampoo. For now our hot and cold shower is
    not yet available.
  12. Smart TV 55 inches, Wireless Platinum Karaoke, Netflix, Board games and 200Mbps WIFI connection.
  13. Bedrooms are fully fitted with clean linens, blanket and pillows.
  14. Paragliding can be booked subject to weather conditions.
  15. Stunning 360 views of the Laguna lake, Pililia Windmills, City Lights, Sierra Madre. Catch the beautiful
    sunrise and sunset views.
  16. Welcome gift.

EXCLUSIONS:

  • Towels and Toiletries
  • Charcoal for grilling.
  • Personal Needs (Food, Mosquito repellant etc)
  • We don’t have ramps for PWD guests. Entering the resort has a two flight stairs around 20 steps
  • We do not have errands services. But we accommodate one time errand request with charge incase important items. were missed out. Please make sure to bring all you need before going to the resort.

VALUE OF APPLIANCES, DECORATIONS AND OTHER ITEM

All items and appliances must be returned complete and free from any damage. Lost and damaged items will be charged on
market value as shown below. All items will be assessed carefully whether it’s a products of normal wear and tear or reckless
handling.
