What does it cost?
Most nights a whole villa is ₱25,000 for up to 20 guests; from January to March, weekdays are priced by group size (₱12,000 up to 10, ₱17,000 up to 15, ₱22,000 up to 20). Guests beyond 20 are ₱500 each, a 3% online processing fee applies, and a ₱3,000 refundable security deposit is collected at check-in. What should you know before booking?
- Times: check-in from 3:00 PM, check-out by 12:00 NN with a 15-minute grace.
- Bring: towels, toiletries, charcoal, food and mosquito repellent. Linens, shampoo, shower gel, kitchen tools for 20 and a gallon of water are provided.
- Noise: videoke can run non-stop; keep the volume low from 10:00 PM.
- Pets: up to 3 small or 1 medium pet, in diapers, out of the pool.
- Food nearby: Grace Hill Café, the sister café about 50 m away, serves breakfast and platters.

All three villas have three bedrooms, an infinity plunge pool with a 2-ft jacuzzi, a fully equipped kitchen for 20, a 10-seat acacia dining table, a bar table with three stools, air-conditioning throughout, 1 Gbps Wi-Fi, a 55-inch smart TV with Netflix, wireless karaoke and board games. Outside there is a pergola with two long tables and 20 chairs, an outdoor sink and griller, outdoor showers and a fire pit.

What does a typical stay look like?
Most groups arrive in the early afternoon, stop for lunch in Angono about 11 km before the villas, and check in from 3:00 PM. The first evening is the reason people book: a swim while the lake turns gold, dinner off the griller at the pergola, the fire pit and the videoke, kept softer after 10:00 PM. The next morning, breakfast comes from Grace Hill Café about 50 m away (the villas do not include breakfast), followed by a last swim before the 12:00 NN check-out.
