How do you split it fairly?
Cost per person = villa rate + fees + shared food, transport and extras, divided by the people who have actually committed. Name one treasurer, collect the share before paying the deposit, and agree what happens if someone drops out; a group of 20 that becomes 16 pays ₱1,563 each instead of ₱1,250 on a ₱25,000 night. Keep the security deposit separate so its refund goes back to whoever fronted it.
