Why Angono is called an art town
Angono is home to generations of painters and sculptors: the Blanco family's museum shows works across generations, Nemesio Miranda Jr.'s Nemiranda Arthouse houses the Angono School of Arts, and the late Perdigon Vocalan's Balaw-Balaw restaurant-gallery is where Higantes masks are made.
