Kaulayaw Coffee

On Sumulong Highway, Sta. Cruz. Choose it when the coffee itself is the reason to stop, and buy beans or drip bags to brew back at the villa.

Café Lupe

At Lot 2B–2C, Sumulong Highway, Barangay Mambugan: one of Antipolo's longest-running city-view cafés, with a bed-and-breakfast, and a venue that has hosted live bands in the evening. Its hours are not published reliably online, so check its social pages before going.

Which are garden cafés instead?

Burrow Café

An underground garden café in Beverly Hills Subdivision, 96 steps down from the gate, with a ramp also available. Its reservation page asks guests to reserve to guarantee a seat (weekend slots can fill two to three weeks ahead), notes a ₱20 subdivision gate fee, and does not allow pets. It lists daytime hours, about 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM on weekdays and from 8:00 AM on weekends, with a recent change to the open days, so confirm the day you want.

Crescent Moon Café & Studio Pottery

A Southeast Asian restaurant, pottery store and art space with open-air dining pavilions around a garden and koi pond. Its site lists the kitchen as open Wednesday to Sunday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM (last call 4:15 PM), and encourages reservations; the page was last updated in 2020, so call ahead.

Sumulong Highway is busy on weekends and during the pilgrimage season, so allow extra time and keep the convoy small.
