The 2024 preview introduced three hillside villas in Binangonan. Today each is booked whole, with its own infinity plunge pool and jacuzzi, three bedrooms, a kitchen for 20 and lake views.
City on a Hill Private Villas is three private villas, Zachary, Zoie and Zuriel, on a hill in Mahabang Parang, Binangonan, looking over Laguna de Bay, the Pililla windmills, the Sierra Madre and the Metro Manila skyline. This post first previewed the villas in 2024; here is what a stay includes now.
What does each villa include?
- Pool: an infinity plunge pool with jacuzzi; heating is a paid add-on in Zachary and Zoie.
- Rooms: three bedrooms; 20 guests as standard; up to 25 in Zachary or Zuriel and 30 in Zoie with the host's approval, at ₱500 per extra guest.
- Kitchen and dining: a fully equipped kitchen for 20, a 10-seat acacia table, an outdoor griller and a pergola with 2 long tables and 20 chairs.
- Comfort: air-conditioning, 1 Gbps Wi-Fi, a 55-inch smart TV with Netflix, wireless karaoke and board games.
- Provided: linens, pillows, shampoo, shower gel, a gallon of drinking water, a first aid kit and parking for 4 cars.
How do you book today?
Most nights a whole villa is ₱25,000 for up to 20 guests; from January to March, weekdays are priced by group size (₱12,000 up to 10, ₱17,000 up to 15, ₱22,000 up to 20). Book online and pay 50% to confirm, or the full amount; checkout shows the payment options active for your booking. Check-in is from 3:00 PM and check-out by 12:00 NN.
