Private Resort in Rizal for 20, 30, 60 or 80 Pax: What Fits Big Groups

For 20 people, one whole private villa or pool house is usually the best fit in Rizal; for 25 to 30, choose one that allows extra guests; for 60 to 80, book several villas side by side; for 100 or more, use a resort with a function hall. At City on a Hill in Binangonan, one villa takes 20 guests as standard, up to 25 in Zachary or Zuriel and 30 in Zoie with the host's approval at ₱500 per extra guest, and all three villas take 60 as standard and up to 80. Groups of 20: one whole villa

Twenty is the size most whole villas and pool houses in Rizal are built for: one kitchen, one pool, one long table. At City on a Hill each villa has three bedrooms, a kitchen set up for 20, an outdoor griller, a pergola with two long tables and 20 chairs, a fire pit and videoke, and its own infinity plunge pool with a jacuzzi. On most nights in October 2026 a whole villa was ₱25,000, about ₱1,250 each for 20, and January to March weekdays were priced by group size from ₱12,000. Groups of 25 to 30: check the extra-guest rule

Many places that sleep 20 will take more people for a fee, but only with permission, and the extra guests usually sleep on floor mattresses. At City on a Hill, Zachary and Zuriel take up to 25 and Zoie up to 30, each with the host's approval at ₱500 per guest beyond 20.

Groups of 60 to 80: villas side by side

Few single houses in Rizal take 60 people overnight. The practical answer is several villas on one property, so the group can move between pools and meet for meals. City on a Hill's three villas stand side by side on the same hill in Mahabang Parang, with 60 as standard and up to 80 with approval. For a reunion or company outing this size, plan where everyone eats together: one villa's pergola, or the function hall at Grace Hill Café, the sister café about 50 m away, which lists space for up to 100. 100 or more: resorts with function halls

• Pranjetto Hills, Tanay: an Olympic-size pool, air-conditioned cottages and a grand ballroom; its venue listing gives a main hall for about 300 to 500 plus training rooms.
• Momarco Forest Cove, Tanay: several halls (Laiban A and B, Sampaloc, Aldea and Kubo), a pool, a lagoon and outdoor team building. Ask for each hall's capacity.

What should a big group ask before paying?

1. What is the standard headcount, the maximum, and the fee for each extra guest?
2. How many real beds are there, and how many people sleep on mattresses?
3. Can day visitors come, and what do they pay? Many places admit only registered guests.
4. How many toilets and baths are there for the whole group?
5. How many cars can park on site, and where does the rest park?
6. Are outside caterers allowed, and is there a fee?
7. What are the noise rules and videoke hours?
8. What is the security deposit, and when is it refunded?
